Following an inquiry and investigation with the product supplier regarding knives sold by our museum, we have confirmed that some of the products included knives manufactured in China.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused to customers who placed their trust in our museum when purchasing these products.
We deeply regret this matter and extend our heartfelt apologies.
For customers who purchased the knife products listed below, we will refund the full purchase price. We kindly ask that you contact Sakai Traditional Crafts Museum for further procedures, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Although we strive to maintain strict quality control, this issue was caused by an inadequacy in our verification process. Going forward, we will further strengthen our inspection procedures to ensure that foreign-made products are not mistakenly included.

2. Confirmation and Notification of Refund Method
